Shipping & Returns
At Faith in the Light LLC, we take pride in our shipping policy. We are committed to providing transparent information about our shipping methods, packaging, and processes. We want to assure our customers that they can place an order with confidence, knowing that their products will be delivered with care and efficiency.
Processing Time
All orders are prayerfully prepared and packaged within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). During launches sales, or ministry events, processing may extend to 4 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly delivered addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update it.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, it is no longer under our control.
However - we care deeply about our customers and will gladly help you file a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and products so we can make it right!

Return & Exchanges Policy
Our return, exchange, and refund policy is designed to prioritize customer satisfaction. If for any reason our customers are dissatisfied with their purchase, we encourage them to reach out to us. We believe in straightforward return and exchange processes, aiming to build trust and reassure our customers that they can shop with peace of mind.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and free of perfume, makeup, or altering.
Please keep in mind that the following items are non-refundable; final sale/clearance items, gift cards, worn or washed apparel, and burned candles.
Exchanges
Need a different size? No Problem! We gladly offer size exchanges when inventory allows.
Customer is responsible for return shipping. We cover shipping for the replacement items (one time per order).
Incorrect Orders
If we made a mistake - we will fix it, always.
Please email us within 3 days of delivery with your name, order number, photos of item, photos of packaging.
We will replace incorrect orders at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your order is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs are nonrefundable.
