We aim to respond to all messages within 1-2 business days. We carefully read every message and will always provide real help rather than automated responses.
We kindly ask customers to contact us before opening disputes or chargebacks so we can resolve concerns personally whenever possible.
We reserve the right to decline service in situations involving harassment, threats, or abusive language.
Handmade Nature of Products
Each item is individually made, poured, or assembled by hand.
Because of this:

These variations are part of handmade craftmanship, not defects.
Product Care Responsibility
Customers are responsible for proper use and supervision of products after delivery.
Candles and wearable items should always be used according to the care guidance provided on product pages.
Improper use, unattended burning, or failure to follow care instructions voids responsibility for damage or injury.
Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure descriptions, photos, and scent notes reflect the product as closely as possible. However, screen colors, lighting, and personal scent perception may vary.
If something feels significantly different from what was described, please contact us - we value fairness and will review each situation individually.
Privacy Respect
Customer information is used only for order fulfillment and direct communication. We do not sell or rent customer information.
We will never send unwanted messages or add customers to mailing lists without permission.
Partnership & Wholesale
We love partnering with boutiques, churches, and ministries that share our heart, faith, and integrity.
Because every item is handmade in small batches, our prices reflects real time, materials, and care - not automated production. For this reason, we are not able to off deep bulk discounts typical of factory produced goods. Large orders require significantly more labor, and our pricing must remain sustainable for our small business.
For collaborative or co-branded projects, Faith in the Light LLC branding must remain on the product or packaging. Wholesale availability may vary based on current production capacity and season. We review each request individually and will always communicate honestly about what we can responsibly fulfill.
